Scott A. Schoen is a Co-President of THL. Mr. Schoen previously worked in the Private Finance Department of Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Mr. Schoen is currently a Director of The Nielsen Company and Simmons Company. His prior directorships include Affordable Residential Communities, Inc. (NYSE:ARC), Axis Specialty Ltd. (NYSE:AXS), Rayovac Corporation, Spectrum Brands, Inc. (NYSE:SPC), Syratech Corporation, Transwestern Publishing, L.P. and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts (NYSE:WYN).
Mr. Schoen holds a B.A. in History from Yale University, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
Mr. Schoen is currently on the Board of Trustees of Partners Continuing Care, a member of the Advisory Board of the Massachusetts General Hospital Center for Regenerative Medicine and a member of the Board of Advisors of the Yale School of Management.

Ken Mehlman is Managing Director and Head of Global Public Affairs at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co, LLP. Before joining KKR, Ken was a Partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld where he helped businesses and individuals manage risk and seize opportunities at the nexus of business and public policy.
Mr. Mehlman served as 62nd chairman of the Republican National Committee and campaign manager for President Bush's 2004 re-election campaign. Michael Barone, author of the Almanac of American Politics, compared Mehlman’s success to Wal-Mart founder Sam Walton’s, particularly in their revolutionary approaches to identifying new customers and constituents. Mr. Mehlman also served in high level positions in Congress and the White House, including as White House political director during President George W. Bush’s first term.
Mr. Mehlman received his B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College in 1988 and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1991.
Mr. Mehlman is a trustee of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Franklin & Marshall College and the Strong American Schools Foundation. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He also serves on the Council on Foreign Relations Climate Change Task Force, the Senior Advisory Committee of the Harvard University Institute of Politics, the board of directors at the National Endowment for Democracy and the executive leadership cabinet of the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial Foundation.

Glenn Creamer is a Senior Managing Director of Providence Equity Partners based in our Providence office. Mr. Creamer is currently a director of CDW, Medical Media Holdings and Telcordia Technologies. Prior to the founding of Providence in 1989, Mr. Creamer was a Vice President of Narragansett Capital, which he joined in 1988. He was involved in Narragansett Capital’s broadcasting, newspaper publishing and cable television investments.
Prior to this, Mr. Creamer worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan. Mr. Creamer received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University. Mr. Creamer is a director of Mustard Seed Communities and the Rhode Island School of Design Museum and serves as Vice Chairman of Catholic Relief Services Foundation.

Previously, he was a member of the Media and Communications Group at Prudential Securities, Inc. C.J. is a director of CapRock Communications, CyrusOne, Hosted Solutions, KnowledgePoint360 Group, Language Line Services and Q9 Networks. He obtained a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree from Princeton University. |
